Albert has become an additional asset to our law firm. Albert had his own thriving practice prior to joining the Law Office of Marc Grossman, but decided to join our family for the staff, support, resources and opportunity to practice in multiple areas. Since joining our firm Albert has handled a verity of matters in criminal law, family law, civil and personal injury cases, habeas corpus and appeals. Prior to becoming an Attorney, Albert was a fifteen year veteran of a local police department and knows the law of search and seizure, stop and arrest, detentions, use of force, and how crimes are investigated and prosecuted. Since his retirement as a police officer, he has practiced law for over 15 years in the community. Albert’s perspective and training as a police officer gave him special insight into custody disputes, restringing orders, domestic violence, and police misconduct matters.
When you meet Albert (or Al) for the first time you’ll notice his warming personality and professionalism will make you feel at ease. Don’t let his professionalism and courtroom decorum mislead you. Albert is very aggressive in the courtroom when needed. He has a well earned reputation of being a professional as well as aggressive with those who would manipulate the system against our clients.
