Jamie McCourt's driver hit a pedestrian at the courthouse last Monday. An eyewitness to the accident stated that while McCourt's Land Rover was backing up it hit a pedestrian on the sidewalk.

Jamie McCourt was sitting in the front seat while her attorney sat in the back seat during the incident. Police questioned the driver and has not been officially charged anything.

Friday a Hesperia resident dies in Upland car accident after being pinned against a garage. Local Upland residents contacted the Upland police at around !2:10 p.m. to report the car accident.

Peter Anthony Almaraz, 57 who was reportedly unconscious and partially out of his vehicle was pinned between his car and a garage in the 300 block of Stillman Avenue.

Police stated that he died at the local hospital.
