Jamie McCourt's driver hit a pedestrian at the courthouse last Monday. An eyewitness to the accident stated that while McCourt's Land Rover was backing up it hit a pedestrian on the sidewalk.

Jamie McCourt was sitting in the front seat while her attorney sat in the back seat during the incident. Police questioned the driver and has not been officially charged anything.

Jamie McCourt's divorce is still pending and the owner of the Los Angeles Dodgers is at stake.
